  7. Use of this program implies express agreement to the following:

  9. This agreement permits you to use one copy of CD-Runner on any single
  10. computer, provided the software is in use on only one computer at a time.
  11. If you have multiple Licenses for the software, then at any time you may
  12. have as many copies of the software in use as you have Licenses.

  14. You may not rent, lease, or sell CD-Runner for Windows. You may not reverse
  15. engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You are allowed to make
  16. one copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not
  17. copy any materials accompanying the software. You may not distribute the
  18. registered version of CD-Runner to any other person(s). You may not upload
  19. the registered version to any BBS's. You may freely distribute the Trialware
  20. version of CD-Runner.

  22. In no event shall ISS - Integrated Software Systems or any of its
  23. subsidiaries or associates be liable for any damages whatsoever (including,
  24. without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business
  25. interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising
  26. out of the use or inability to use this Beyond Software product, even if ISS
  27. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states do
  28. not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or
  29. incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
